Best Brows Ever.

If you are a regular in these parts, then you know about my not so teeny brow obsession. You can read more about my quest for fuller brows here, if you are curious; but I feel like I have tried nearly every brow pencil, powder and gel under the sun… hoping for that one miracle product {easy to apply, matches my hair color, stays on all day, and offers some hold.} Last week, Vincent Longo sent this guy over and I immediately had to play… I was really intrigued by the powder/pomade combination.

I started by dipping an angled brush {I love this one!} into the powder and used short strokes to fill in my brows. The best way to do this is to begin filling your brows in at the highest point in your arch and moving along to the outer tip of your brows. Then, fill in the inner half. Once I’d filled them in, I combed them out {I used this comb, which is meant for lashes but whatever.} The last step is to use your fingers to gently dab a little bit of pomade onto your brows to perfect the look and give them a little hold.

My favorite part of this product is the pomade… my eyebrows can be a little unruly (especially as I’m still letting them grow out a bit.} This keeps them nice and tame and also {I think} makes the powder last longer. Lastly, if you want to see the finished results… I used this product in this post and think I had a pretty good eyebrow day.

I’ll definitely have to try this. I’ve been (trying) to grow my eyebrows out for a while now, luckily they’re not too thin just a little uneven.

I love thick and full brows! I don’ t know if I would ever try this because I have thick brows to begin with, but I’ll definitely keep it on my radar!

The fact that it comes with a pomade makes it really intriguing for me. I always have to deal with unruly eyebrows whenever I need to grow them out a bit and I think this product is just perfect for those moments!

I really struggle with any type of brow filler because of my strawberry blonde hair. I just haven’t found a product, yet, that looks natural with my color. The hunt continues!

I too am not-so-subtly obsessed with brows! Have you ever tried Sonia Kashuk’s brow kit? It’s only $10 and stays on all day…and it comes with four colors to mix! Highly recommended!

If you like this combo, the E.L.F. brand sold at Target makes the exact same thing. It is a combo darker pomade and lighter powder with two brushes. Definitely check it out and the price is unbeatable!
