A few faves…

a-few-favorite-things

Just popping in to share a few favorite things from lately…

  1. These bralettes are so cute + comfy {and surprisingly supportive.}  They are also from Target and incredibly inexpensive!  I bought three.  I love that they come in so many colors… in the winter they are comfy under a big sweater – but in the summer they’ll look so cute peeking out under a tank.
  2. One of my girlfriends got me hooked on Essential Faith Perfume Oil.  As a disclaimer, it is a bit expensive… $65 for a little rollerball.  But it smells incredible – and different on everyone.  It’s mild and clean – with a little bit of musk.  I’ve been wearing it daily – and {as a little bit of a science experiement}, making my friends each try it… I kid you not, it really smells completely different {but still really good} on everyone who tries it!
  3. I have a couple pairs of Frends’ big headphones but their in-ear buds are absolutely amazing.  A true game changer.  They fit so perfectly inside your ear and don’t fall out. {Please tell me I’m not the only one who ends up with either sore ears or earbuds that constantly slip and fall out!}  The fact that they are exceedingly chic doesn’t hurt things, either!
  4. I was sent a sample of this body scrub from Stark Waxing Studio and really love it.  It has volcanic rock, algae and a slew of botanicals that are known to help smooth, circulate, and break down cellulite.  My skin is much smoother and I really like the consistency (a lot of scrubs I’ve tried just have too much oil and leave my skin super greasy.)
  5. My skin gets red and dry and even more sensitive than usual in the winter.  This lotion from Avene {and the cleansing oil, too!} is amazing.  Both products are the mildest, most non-irritating things you could put on your skin — and they’re both insanely hydrating, too.  Like comfort food, for your skin.  Think of them as your polar vortex survival kit!

I have a big problem with earbuds too. The Apple ones barely stay in my ears even when just sitting and it took me many tries to find some I could run with!

I bet that lotion and cleansing oil are just perfect for this time of year!

My ears are always sore after ear bud usage! Thankfully I don’t have a need for them terribly often, otherwise I’d definitely be investing in those gorgeous Frends ones!

Omg, those lace bralettes have actually become my secret addiction! I started buying them years ago, thinking they’d be a nice compromise between comfy and pretty, and now I have way too many and have a hard time forcing myself to wear a regular bra. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
